About Julia

Born in Hamilton and raised in Dundas, this is where I grew up, live, and work. I’m running because I have the professional and community experience to be an effective MPP.

Experienced in public service in governance and finance, I worked for the Ontario government in operations and communications for the Premier and the Minister of Education. For over a decade, my career has been making government policies actually work for people.

My educational background is in financial planning from Fanshawe College, and have worked in the financial sector, most recently at Mohawk College, helping students in the Financial Assistance department. I am passionate about greater investment in financial literacy programs for all ages. This will not only help individuals secure their financial futures but also protect vulnerable community members from scams.
